Google Ads: How a translation agency increased conversions from 48 to 563 per month

Project Start: July 2025

A translation agency had been running Google Ads campaigns for several years. When I took over the account in July 2025, the ads were running, but conversion tracking was not properly configured. Qualified leads were only partially recorded or not tracked at all; in my view, this meant the campaigns were performing well below their full potential.

Following an audit, I completely reconfigured the tracking system and revised the account structure: I split the campaigns into three languages and focused on capturing genuinely high-quality leads. We proceeded in stages, laying the groundwork for subsequent optimization. Only once we had reliable data were we able to precisely manage the Search and Performance Max campaigns—and subsequently scale them significantly.

Details and Results

The number of conversions increased from approximately 55 to 560 per month. At the same time, the cost per conversion dropped significantly: from €33 to around €7.The cost per click (CPC) also decreased substantially: from an average of €1.50 to €0.30. As a result, the existing budget began to deliver much more efficient results, and the campaigns themselves became much easier to scale.

Do You Want to Get the Same Results?

This case study clearly demonstrates that even active Google Ads accounts can reach a new level of efficiency in a short time; all it takes is implementing clean tracking and a clear structure. The decisive factors here were a focus on quality leads, data-driven optimization, and a clear orientation of all campaigns toward measurable results.
