Google Ads for tiny houses: 3 to 69 potential customers per month
Project start: August 2023
Advertising campaigns on Google Ads were launched for a Uelzen-based company specializing in **tiny houses**. These included both search ads and Display Network ads, as well as retargeting. We started with a daily **budget** of 30 euros. It soon became evident that the campaigns were extremely effective, allowing us to gradually increase the budget to 80 euros per day. Thanks to continuous **optimization**, the number of inquiries rose significantly, and the company was able to reach its target audience more efficiently.

The results speak for themselves
The number of customer inquiries rose from 3 in August to 26 in October, and finally to an impressive 69 in December. Particularly noteworthy is the steady improvement in the conversion rate, which reached 11%—a clear indicator of the campaigns’ increasing effectiveness. At the same time, the cost per inquiry steadily decreased, confirming the advertising’s excellent scalability.
This success required the client to hire additional sales managers to handle the surge in demand. Thanks to precise campaign adjustments, we were able to further improve the figures, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.

The different campaign types complement each other perfectly. Search campaigns operate using keywords and target users at the bottom of the sales funnel. Display campaigns (banners) are primarily used for remarketing and for reaching audiences based on their interests. Performance Max covers a broader spectrum, combining remarketing with new lead acquisition throughout the entire customer journey. This enables the generation of a high volume of leads at a low cost, while search campaigns ensure higher lead quality.
The combination results in a powerful campaign portfolio: increased volume via Performance Max, quality control through search ads, and precise reach thanks to display campaigns.
Why multiple campaigns?
